How the 5-year figure is built: for Stake it is the platform's own 5-year projection; for Prypco and SmartCrowd it is a Cropy estimate, calculated by multiplying the platform's annual return by 5. The 5 year return amount is the projected gain on the amount entered (it does not include the amount itself). These are projections, not guaranteed, and may not include all fees.

Funding velocity key. Avg daily movement is current funding divided by days tracked, so it is the average number of funding percentage points (pp) gained per day since Cropy began tracking the property. Fast: 10 pp/day or more. Medium: 4 to under 10 pp/day. Slow: under 4 pp/day. No data: no current funding figure, no tracking history yet, or the property was first recorded today (0 days tracked). Days tracked counts from the first day Cropy recorded the property, not from its launch on the platform, so a property that was already part-funded when first recorded can show a higher velocity than its true pace.

Why this page is gated

The public homepage keeps the preview company-level and lightweight. This unlocked page is where the property-level detail, funding movement, and fuller comparison workflow lives.

How movement is shown

Current funding comes from the live table. The 24H and 7D movement columns compare that current figure against the latest valid history point captured at or before each cutoff.

Viewing on a phone

This table is intentionally dense. It works on phones, but landscape orientation or desktop will make it much easier to scan and compare.
